"Shoes were ok and I initially thought the sales staff was nice until an employee yelled at a young man for helping a customer. He was not an employee, but was helping a customer get a shoe size and was using a stool. The employee yelled across the store "GET DOWN FROM THERE!" as if she was yelling at a disobedient child and came storming over. She could have come over and asked him to please step down and helped the customer, but did not. Her tone and the way she handled it was NOT good customer service, at all. Apparently, Sketchers needs to do more customer service training for their employees. The customer is not always right, but there are much better ways to handle situations such as these. I went someplace else for my shoes, even though I had a coupon for sketchers and it will be a long, long time before I return."

"Like any Skechers outlet, it's not really an outlet, but rather a factory store. Prices are high unless you take advantage of the buy one get one half off they sometimes offer. And even at that, I can get better prices online at places like Zappos."

"I really hate shopping for shoes. But I needed new running shoes so I went to this store. I knew what I wanted but one of the workers, Ariana, came up and asked me if she could help. I told her what I planned on buying for running bc my current shoes cause knee pain. She suggested a different pair. She seemed knowledgeable so I took her advice. My knee pain is GONE! Thank you Ariana!!"

"when i came in i was greeted immediately by a nice lady with orange hair and glasses,i didnt catch her name but she and the shorter lady with black hair were super helpful and were willing to order my size slipper and ship to my house. i will definitely come back, hopefully they will have sandals soon"
