"Zero stars. Sticker price said 9.99 for trucks. Got charged $27.99. Showed them the 9.99 price after. They said must have been put there by accident. Wow, who did it? They were in a sale bin. NH state law they must honor the sticker price. There is a reason rich poser kids shop here. The girl behind the counter was a dumb c. you. next. thursday. Support your local shop not this sludge of Corporate garbage. F.U zumiez"
"The kid helping me had no idea what he was doing and was just making things up to appease me. The manager (I think) was nice and helped me set up the new deck. Not much selection on trucks and gear though. Lots of decks."
"Only had bad experiences at Zumiez but today was p good. Laurel, Sarah, and Andrew helped me out and offered excellent service. Laurel even sat through my moms embarrassing stories. That’s not easy to do so shout out to you. I don’t like recommending companies that don’t support the culture they work in (which is why I don’t fw the store), but if you can’t find a local skate shop, the Tilton Zumiez has a helpful staff that made the experience worth writing about."
"This is such a great store! Always clean, lots of cool product with Helpful and friendly employees. You can tell the manager is passionate about his store and the company he works for, Also doesn’t hurt that he is very handsome!!"
