"Salesman was extremely aggressive. Salesman did not listen to me when I explained what I needed. He insisted I needed a certain stick assuming that's what I needed. When I explained the type of stick I was looking for he told me I was wrong and that it's not what I needed. After explaining why I needed the stick I described he then told me I was wrong again and that he needed to "educate" me. Extremely rude. Will never return to store or ever purchase anything from them."
"We just had an awesome experience today getting new hockey skates for a growing ninth grader who was having a hard time finding a fit that was comfortable. Everyone in the store was super knowledgeable and patient and helped him try on several pairs in varying widths and fits until he found the exact right pair. Excellent customer service and just nice people! Highly Recommend!"
