She was incredibly rude right from the start. I said "oh honey I didn't realize I called at a bad time "the woman went off the rails because I used the word honey. I am a senior citizen and meant no harm, her reaction was ridiculous how she continued to berate me. I apologized profusely but she just continued on and on. Could you imagine trying to work with someone like this?"
