"They only get 2 stars because the service got done in a timely fashion... I then got a call saying I set out the wrong piece of paperwork for the inspection and all I had to do was come over, get it out of the car and hand it over. The quoted time for them tot go through it was 30 minutes. So I drive on over, get the correct work and hand it over and the guy, patrick, informed we had to reschedule a time JUST for the paper work-even though the inspection and tires were already done. Despite my Appallment by this response I waited....3 HOURS and finally went over and they STILL hadn't gotten to my car for PAPERWORK. So I ask about my car and the guy said "yeah I can get that done in 15 minutes." Da Fuc?!!!:{. He couldn't do that in the time he was telling us we had to make another appointment???!!!! Never Again!"

"Do not trust this garage, they caused damage to my vehicle after a tow and have been doing their best to get out of fixing it. They tired to cover up the damage by putting in a zip tie in my fender they cracked and did not tell me about it! The general managers name is Sean and is a complete hussler, immediately denied the damage saying it could have happened anywhere even though I hadn't been towed at any other point in my short time in VT. It's unfortunate that the City Of Burlington contracts them to do work. Hopefully this will be reviewed extensively before renewal."
