"I brought a 7’ x 5.5’ hand made braided rug to them that came from a home where a puppy had frequent accidents on it. I figured it was hopeless to save because of the smell, but nope. Not only did they finish it on time, it looks and smells great. The price was fair as well. It’s in my sunroom now and I fully expected to walk in and smell some kind of odor but to my surprise, I smelled nothing! They were super easy to work with. I’m happy I took a chance with them.
