"Dropped off a white blazer jacket with makeup on the collar, met by a polite young man at the counter who assured me that it would be removed without any problem, received a text a day later saying it was ready, picked it up and it looked perfect. Great experience!!!"

"Disappointing. I did not have high expectations and understood there would be stain left over but was not expecting the food to still be on it. I was offered a “re-do” but needed my jacket earlier than they could finish. Was told to read the tag that states “The most skillful efforts had been made to remove it.” It’s careless to return work like this back to your customers and expect me to believe that any effort was put in when the food (not stain) is still present on the fabric!"

"I am no longer an Anton’s customer given my recent experience. Several years ago, Anton’s made a major mistake w a large order of mine & as a result, I was given $5 coupons. When I tried to use it, I was told it would no longer be honored due to a different system. Clearly, it’s not a matter of the money; it’s the poor service & recent poor quality in cleaning."

"I must update my review of Anton's Cleaners. They used to be great but now I warn everyone to Stay away! This is the most undependable Cleaning service I have ever dealt with. 2 weeks in a row and my clothes are not ready when promised and without any apologies for being late. I drop my clothes off every Monday night in the drop box to ensure I will have them back by Wednesday at 4 pm. It's 3:00 on Thursday and they still aren't ready. I am so done with this place."

"Well, I really need to submit a new review for Anton's at Somerset Plaza in Nashua NH. Dropped off 4 100% silk shirts a week ago. As I always do, I remind the counter person that they are to be DRY CLEANED ONLY. This is of course to prevent any shrinkage or other damage. I picked the shirts up today; they had been LAUNDERED and sizing had been applied. My 4, $158.00 shirts are now shrunk and feel like they are STARCHED. I returned to the store, and they are going to attempt to FIX the problem. I have little faith in this. All 4 of the shirts are limited print edition Tommy Bahama shirts, so even if they cannot fix the problem, I cannot replace them. I am going to pick up these shirts later this week to see what, if any, corrections have been made. Do yourself a favor, find another dry cleaner. This Anton's is staffed with all new employees who do not have a clue about the care of the customer's clothing."
