"Helen's used to be the laundromat I preferred because it's always been the closest to the center of town where I live. It's literally a 2 minute walk from my apartment, if that. I've never had any issues until recently. The last few times that I've done laundry, the washing machines haven't wrung all the water from my laundry, everything comes out soaking wet, and I can tell they're not removing all the detergent anymore as well, because my linens have been making me itch and break out lately, and it's because the washing machines are still leaving soap in my laundry after washing. I don't have bed bugs in my apartment or my roommate would be itching as well, so I'm 100% sure it's because of the failing washers not properly extracting all the detergent from my laundry and causing my sensitive skin to itch and break out. I think that maybe instead of spending her profits on game machines and decorations, and hiring more people to attend the laundromat, she'd be better serving her customers by spending her profits on repairing and replacing her old and dying machines. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, no offense Helen."

"Very helpful and friendly staff . The machines work well and they added new dryers about a year ago I believe. Their place is kept tidy , and the machines are pretty dependable , one dryer doesn't really keep closed tightly last time I saw. They seem to have enough machines except for the busiest times when people may have to wait for the largest washers. But they always seem to have some availabile .It's cash only , but they have an ATM. The parking area is kind of small which isn't an issue when school is out but it can be. I would recommend them the food next door is good too."

"Excellent Business! Helen keeps things in neat and tidy order and often pops in throughout her day. There is TV available with several viewing options. The rating would be 5 stars if the bathroom was open and wifi was available. However, I would highly recommend Helen's Laundry!"
