"We called with a concern about possible squirrels in our attic. You sent a guy who stuck his head in the attic and "saw evidence". He told us a crew would come, instal a one way door over one entrance and seal all the other entrances. One person showed up, said we did not have squirrels, did not have a ladder to access the eves outside, did not install a one way door and spent at most two hours sealing the holes he could, using my stepladder to access the attic. We believe your sales guy mislead us by agreeing to charge us 1500 to exclude squirrels we didn't have. This sort of deceptive business practice is dishonest at best and theft at worst. I would recommend throwing money off a bridge before I recommended your company."

"Terminix was the only company to respond to my requests to remove squirrels from my attic. The initial estimate was detailed and fair for the type of services. I was able to finance the services for 3 months at 0% which was very helpful. The team came two days later and in 4 hours, tightened up the house, removed squirrels and cleaned up. The team was amazing!"

"Service was fast, and seems good. I am a little concerned with the discrepancy in the severity of the "infestation" described by the sales consultant vs. technicians. Perhaps just a "good" sales technique, but still a little disappointing due to the large sum of money that was to be spent. It was expressed it was of the utmost importance to get the services completed, though upon arrival, the technicians found that there was far less than initially expressed to me. They performed their duties with adequate professionalism, and answered any and all questions that I proffered. I am overall happy that the services are completed, as they did need to be done, however I definitely felt rushed and into getting it done."
