"Used to visit this facility often for our pets as everyone was always friendly and they would offer sample if your pup was fussy so that you could see what they might like. The last time I asked they gave us one sample. Then we bought some new treats for our kitty and the girl specifically said we could return it if he didn’t like them. When we went back 1 day later I walked in with them and a receipt and they treated me like I had just stolen it off the shelf. We were spending about 100.00 dollars a week there as I was also shopping for my moms animals. It was embarrassing and will never happen again. I just use Amazon now."
