"Do not waste your time we spent almost $5000 with these folks they have come out three times and still did not fix the problem and the third time they wanted to charge us to fix what they already fixed. It was not a different problem so unless you want to pay another plumber to fix something they fix don’t waste your time."

"Poor responses and doesn't take criticism or comments well. Instead of responding positively and validating customers perception they simply say their employees are always right. They said they did everything right and celebrated the fact that all their technicians are certified professionals, credible and they know what they are doing. They told me they never have complaints. So basically why did I have an issue? The technician showed up and asked me why he was here, even after I had told his office when booking the appointment. He performed service by the book, but did not seem to have interest in makiing sure I had heat when calling for it from the thermostat. Hisnoffice said, well you said nothing about troubleshooting heat on the phone, so we can't explore that now. He kept telling me I just had to replace that and that things could not be repaired. I asked if he could tighten the new faucet in our kitchen and instead of even looking at it to see all the parts were there he said - you need to replace that. I said really, it is new? A few minutes later after taking out his wrench, he was able to tighten it. Similar issue with toilet upstairs. He didn't want to even bother repairing it or replacing parts inside the tank to keep the water from draining when tank fills. I really wouldn't trust them with a big install after the experiences with the little things. I have had better experiences with other plumbers who I will continue to use. Plumbers who give me a sheet summarizing status of my furnace after the tune up with recommendations. And wiling to explain and snswer questions. The plumbers have also been willing to look at small projects around the house with no complaints and not saying that things need to be replaced without looking first."
