"Not a good setup for self dog wash 1. Not enough towels 2. No shelf for dog shampoo while washing 3. No brushes must bring your own but doesn’t say on website 4. No clock on the wall to know when 45 mins is up 5. No mat in the tub for dogs or for humans. We were both sliding all over the place 6. Tub stairs slide in and out and my dog tripped and fell getting out of the tub after signing waiver that any damage they are not responsible for. But how about just make it safe and then the company doesn’t have to worry about getting sued 7. Blow drier is high up on the wall with limited length while we have to be on the floor because there is no table or stand 8. No way to leash dog while blow drying"

"Wonderful selection of food and toys and excellent room private room if you want to use the pet bath it's reasonable and they Supply everything you need to bathe your dog including towels. All the workers are generous and kind, and some of them often have dogs that my duke is excited to see and meet. Lately, my dog has been more excited about the chinchillas. Lol I recently purchased a life vest for him there it works excellent and also has a clip to use leash on."
