"If I could select zero stars for this review, I would. Words cannot describe what a nightmare dealing with Casella is. Our pick-up-the-phone-on-the-first-ring local trash company was bought out by Casella. Having dealt with Casella in the past on billing errors, I was not interested in service by Casella. Casella has insisted on billing me for a partial week where they provided no service and after I had called them (on the day I received a letter announcing the buy-out). This is just wrong. I have spent hours on the phone and have been assured that this would be fixed. I just received a new invoice -- now with finance charges."

"Clean, efficient, helpful! It's a waste and recycling center. What more do you want?"

"Very poor business practices. After failing to come in a timely manner , they came to get their dumpster and threw bags of trash out of it on our lawn and refused to come clean it up."
