"I shipped my car from Salem NH to Peoria AZ via a transport broker. My trip was scheduled with Longhaul Auto Transport. The driver, Tom K. contacted me one day ahead to let me know his arrival time. On the day of pickup he contacted me one hour out that he was on his way. Prior to loading my vehicle Tom thoroughly reviewed and documented the condition of my vehicle on the Bill of Lading as well as photos. I explained to Tom that I had had a bad experience with another company a year before and was nervous about the shipping. Tom explained his process of loading the vehicles in the order of drop off to avoid unnecessary movement.
