"We gave them our oriental rug in August and have not heard from them despite many calls. What recourse do we have at this point? I just want my rug back!"

"I gave them my area rug over 3 weeks ago and have not heard from them since. I have called a 100 times, left voice-mails and sent emails with no response. I have been by there building multiple times and have not seen anyone. They were quick to answer me when I wanted to give them business but not when it comes to following through. Luckily I have not paid them yet but they still have my property and I don't know how to get it back."

"I had two oriental rugs to be cleaned (one was heavily pet stained). When they were returned they were still visibly dirty, and cost me over $100 more than I was originally quoted ($869). I called and was told they only guarantee removing the odor. I was also told that they would come back to see my concerns but they never returned. Their salesmanship is superb, but the end results are not anything close to what was promised!"
