"If you want to have clean shirts with broken buttons, look no further. Have asked repeatedly that they simply repair the buttons, and charge me accordingly. Epic fail. UPDATE! THE COUNTRY COBBLER IN WEST LEBANON HAS A FANTASTIC LAUNDRY SERVICE. Drop-off and pick-up twice a week. Always on time, with no broken buttons. UPDATE! It has been a year since I started using the country cobbler, and I have never, ever, no not once had a broken button on a shirt returned to me. They are the best. Drive to West Leb and be happy. Point of interest, I have never heard from this business owner with an apology or any other attempt to make their failures right. I don’t care, because I am very happy with my new provider. You should do the same."

"I would never recommend New London dry cleaners to anyone. I dropped off my suit a week ahead of the wedding I needed it for and was assured it would be ready in time but went to pick it up and it was not ready. I then went back to pick up my suit to find out that my once worn expensive pants had been misplaced and I would have to come back later to see if they had been located. They also didn’t bother to wrap my items following cleaning which I assumed was the general accepted practice at all dry cleaning services. Very disappointing service that leaves a lot to be desired."

"The front woman at this location was the opposite of helpful and extremely rude. My best friend dropped her wedding dress off here and this woman tried to tell us we couldn't pick it up until the morning of the wedding after delaying the pick up date twice and trying to lie to my face about when she said we could pick it up. The only redeeming quality of this place is the owner at the other location helping us once we pushed this lady to give us his number because she wasn't trying to get ahold of him. Her attitude was very too bad, so sad. I wouldn't go to this place again."

"Absolutely the worst, they broke almost every single button on my interview suit. They said they couldn't do anything about it, especially since I had already prepaid for their irresponsible and sloppy services. Now I'm left days before an interview with the buttons on my suit destroyed and frantically calling tailors to see if they can get new buttons on last minute. I'll also have to drive hours to a major city to brooks brothers and find the matching buttons. You'd expect a dry cleaners to understand the value of treating delicate clothing carefully but obviously New London's cleaner doesn't care enough to be careful with your expensive clothes. Definitely will not be using again and will let all my colleagues know."
