"I've been wanting to write this review for several months and finally got around to doing so. All the guys that work here know their craft, are friendly, and are knowledgeable of the local riding opportunities. Due to supply shortages it took me a while to get the exact bike I wanted but I finnaly got it early this summer and put over a 1,000 miles on it. I ride primarily on gravel, both loose and firm. The only problem had was a cut tire a couple of weeks after I had the bike. I believe it was Eric, put new tubeless tires on and never had any problems. Rhino bike works may not be the biggest bike shop around but it certainly is the BEST. Whether you're a local or just visiting there is no need to go anywhere else. Slade, Matt, Mike, and Eric, as I'm sure anyone else who works there are great."

"I bought my Trek Marlin 6 along with some ODI Grips and Raceface pedals here back in fall 2019... they were helpful in choosing it and comparing it to another hardtail at a similar price point (diamondback hook I believe). After beating the bike to death at highland and the Plymouth pump track, they replaced a spoke that I broke. MOST IMPORTANTLY, last week (Fall 2022) this bike was stolen here in Delaware (I moved). A quick phone call, and the guys at the shop (Mike) dug through records and found the serial number for my bike, and emailed me a picture of my receipt. I know its a slim chance I get my bike back, but I am very grateful for the excellent customer service at Rhino Bike Works and would recommend them to anyone in the area."
