"Alex helped us through a disastrous furnace mishap! The previous homeowners did a lot of DIY, so Fogg’s heating helped us out of that hole! He troubleshooted our oil furnace through the winter. He switched us over to a propane furnace—and provided us plenty of reassurances when we were hesitant to make a big change. He eased us into the transition of a different furnace system and would come by after hours to help ensure everything was properly running. Very professional. Top notch character."

The second time I had no hot water, and my take was leaking when I left for work, by the time I got home he had the old one out the new one in and I had hot water, it was amazing how fast he got it all done, being a emergency call first thing in the morning and with 3 children and a husband who was in treatment for cancer at the time I was very worried it would be a day or two,,, but nope he had it all done in a day. He was very professional gave me what my choices were and we decided on a plan, I would recommend Alax any day"
