A leach field wasn't possible so he installed this small closed tank that I'm sure he told my Mom that you simply pump it once or twive a year but that turned out to be $250 every month. He very soon thereafter screwed me on a Thanksgiving pump Im sure he was having some spectacular festivities, not. Dumass also cut my well pump electric wire while the extra man we payed for didn't lay a finger on the shovel in the back of the truck. After I escaped the cabin and before Mom sold it he decided to call her saying he needed access to the inside of the house (to see if he wanted any of my leftover possessions of course.)"
