"I loved this laundromat for the none change machines. There is no one in the building to try and help u run the machines and the phone # takes u to an Answered machine you can't even leave a message on because they have not check their messages. The women on the phone just hung up on me and all I got is the Automated voice mail. I'm so disappointed since I love the no chage."

"Credit card only. Upper and lower dryers with a common pay box. Tried to use the upper dryer in a set, but it paid for the lower which I didn't realize until I had tried several times to get it to recognize my selections/payment. Don't know if my card got hit multiple times or not. All equipment working well otherwise."

"As a local business owner I understand what it takes to run a respectable small business. I am so disappointed in this place. I have lost so much money here on their machines malfunctioning. I ALWAYS tidy up a little bit while there as well because of how disgusting the place is. The washers and dryers smell absolutely AWFUL, because they are not being cleaned like they should be. Whenever I have a issue with my money being taken from a broken machine (they almost never have “out of order” signs on) they NEVER have someone answering their phone. It’s all simple things that could be fixed easily if they just cared about the place, but clearly they don’t. It’s unfortunate."

"right along the lines with many other places in this town, this place is slowly going down the drain. washers and dryers are consistently "out of order". i have only ever been able to reload the required digital card ONCE in the 3 1/2 months i've been coming here. "cannot connect to satellite" is the ever present error warning. doesn't matter if it's cash, credit or debit. NOW i notice i have a $15 charge from this place and no funds on the card. I see a report to the BBB is in order. dryers are beginning to have a putrid sewage smell to them. i don't understand the point of opening a business that's meant to help the community only to have on going-no-end-in-sight issues. ???"

"Nice laundromat. The place is clean. They don't use quarters any longer except for the massage chair. They use cards for everything else. I like it, it works for me. You can use your debit card, credit or a rechargeable loyalty card. I used my debit card and checked the transactions later. All was good. Tried the wash, dry & fold service twice now. Love it. Staff lady is very friendly and helpful. I went to her with a big basket of laundry both times and picked my laundry-up 2-3 hours later nice and clean, folded neatly, organized in stretch-wrap bundles then placed back in my laundry basket. I gave the lady a well-deserved tip and with the price I was happy/satisfied. I'm never doing laundry again. Also enjoyed the massage chair, had 20 minutes of stress relief w/occasional moaning, wish I had one of these chairs at home. TV had enough channels, nice picture, also had a nice remote. I was washing large items. My car was parked just outside the door. I had the place to myself, was all set. It gets busy here during the day. I prefer early evenings."
