So I called Bossman O. and spoke with Jamie Darby and with no hesitation she said to please send it back and they would replace it. I feel the " big box stores" wouldn't be so obliging. Blaine Anthony is so right about their customer service! ( Blaine is great, my husband and I watch all his shows) So now I will be ordering all my hunting and fishing needs from Bossman outdoors. "Was looking to buy a crossbow so I went into the store and it was empty no customers and 2 workers behind the counter so I asked about looking at the crossbows they had. They said oh we don't have enough staff for that we can set up a time tomorrow. I'm not sure how 2 people can't help 1 customer with a empty store but I just ordered a crossbow elsewhere. Other than that they seemed nice but I have not been back since."
