So I called Bossman O. and spoke with Jamie Darby and with no hesitation she said to please send it back and they would replace it. I feel the " big box stores" wouldn't be so obliging. Blaine Anthony is so right about their customer service! ( Blaine is great, my husband and I watch all his shows) So now I will be ordering all my hunting and fishing needs from Bossman outdoors.
