"I highly recommend this place. The people here are amazing human beings. I had been stuck on the side of the road all night long in the freezing cold. I had given my mom my location before my phone had died. She was 3 1/2 hours away from where I was and found them on the Internet. One of the people that works here came and picked me up before the shop was even open, drove me to the shop and let me warm up And brought me back to my vehicle when I was ready. They probably saved me from getting frostbite. I don’t know what I would’ve done had I’ve been stuck in my vehicle for another couple hours. Even though they don’t work on smaller vehicles, and they couldn’t fix mine they still went out their way to help me and for that I am very grateful and would recommend them. I also ended up renting a U-Haul from them in order to get where I was going and they were very helpful fast provided good service."

"Chris Dudley and his family were so good to us when our car was disabled by a large rock that hit our windshield during a trip from Vermont to Saratoga Springs, NY. We were 2 hours from home and kind of shaken up after our windshield was smashed and shattered glass entered our car. Chris got the local Sheriff to respond after no response from our 911 call, recommended and got our car to a top notch Auto Body Shop, and even drove us 35 minutes to the Car Rental company before they closed for the day at 5:00. Since there was no other transportation in that area we really appreciated it! Chris, and his staff and family, could not have been kinder to us and really went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and am very thankful that we literally "broke down" in their parking lot. When bad things happen these are the people that you can trust.
