"Purchased shoes, changed mind in the parking lot and was told it would be a full refund but the extremely rude cashier charged us 10.00 to return them, which we only noticed after looking at the receipt and the exchange was done. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I too am in customer service and know I would lose a lot of customers if I rolled my eyes at them, and acted as she did."

"Customer service absolutely plummeted this score. The store itself was fine. Mild choice in brands mainly geared toward nurses and men. However the workers are absolutely terrible. I went in today and picked out a pair of shoes. When told I had to grab another pair I did reluctantly because it was no longer the design I wanted. I asked if refunds were accepted and they said, "we give 100% refunds if they aren't worn outside or worn". Perfect I thought and upon going to my car I decided I longer wanted the design I didn't originally choose. I went in and they in fact did not give me back my amount of money and they were completely rude about it would not recommend this store to anyone who wants to get a decent pair of shoes and not have their day ruined."

"I've only been there twice, but hubby needed new good quality steel toed shoes for work. Lots of sale prices on shoes and even some super cute purses. I only did 4 star because the prices are kind of high."
