"Employees are really nice. But the prices are sky high. Get given a $20 gift card and there is barely anything to buy with it. The plus size women’s clothes are horrible, look lol great grandma clothes. All the pants are short for someone like me who is 5’9”. Couldn’t find the men’s clearance."

"I recently made an online purchase of patio furniture. Because I did not know how to complete this myself I went to the Customer service counter at the Berlin VT Store. A customer service person named Nancie spent at least a half hour helping me thru the process on my phone. I couldn't have done it without her help! The set has arrived without any complications. Thank you Nancie! You should be Employee of the month for August! My next visit i had a very helpful cashier named Coalby. He gave me clear and helpful information to follow about how to update some information on my Kohls card. Thank you Coalby!"
