"I have a place in concord, a few miles away from St. J, I rented a mini excavator a couple times - love those things, they work great - and a skid-steer, fantastic tool. Everything went off without a hitch, fantastic service, good price, great machines. Can't really say enough about how little I had to think about the rental company, they just showed up when they said they would, they were very accommodating to a complete newbie operator (me) and I was ripping out trees within 15 minutes of getting the equipment delivered. Now, one of the skid steers popped a track, turned out the tension valve had a leak, so the poor guy had to come out on a Sunday and help me diagnose that (remember, newbie driver, no idea what was wrong), got me running again but didn't realize it was a leak, and eventually the track gave out again. In response, there was no charge even though I had good operations for an hour or so, and also they offered me free day as compensation for the inconvenience. Just fantastic people, can't say enough good things. Going up again now that Covid has chilled out a bit, got that skid steer to finish up."
