"We wanted to know why it would take 3 hours for the script to be filled and the lady was rude at the very beginning. And in the end they got it ready but she had to make a point by saying "it's been ready for 5 minutes" with a snarky tone adding to our discomfort wondering why we are being insulted for giving them 5 minutes and coming back in. It is the nice thing to do since you said you were "busy" which every pharmacy says. But in the end I asked how could you get it ready so fast if you told us 2 hours? Very disrespectful human being that can't control her emotions. Let me know if I am trespassed for you inconveniencing us and essentially lying to us by giving us excuses. Sorry we don't want to wait 3 hours for you to count drugs and put them in a bag. I was very nice at the beginning so don't keep making up excuses. I'd really love to know If you are attempting to trespass a customer that asked your employee a question"

"Just got verbally assaulted and told I was trespassed for asking if they can speed up the 3 hour wait they gave us.... we walk back in and the lady says here you go it's been ready for 5 minutes with the worst attitude possible. So I can't have a conversation about you giving me attitude and wonder why it just took you 5 minutes to prepare it when you said it would be 3 hours!! I feel like my rights have been violated due it being zero confrontation on my behalf, like sure trespass me for paying you money"

"Called to find out if a script was ready and was told it was and they were working on another one. Give them an hour. I gave them 3 hours. I arrived and the script was not done. Even the script that I was told was done. Then was told give them an hour. Again I gave them 2 hours and got told they can not fill the script as they don't have it. The counter girl was extremely rude and disrespectful. Not only to me but watched with other customers as well. Short staffed or not, no need to take it out on customers. They definately need to look into the way customers are treated."

"Excellent crew. Despite being very short staffed, they are kind and attentive. When there is delay, they give very accurate information about when my prescriptions will be filled. I appreciate their dedication to their customers and patients. They rock and will make sure that you are taken care of."

"Knee surgery in 14 hours and they close the drive-thru. I try calling and no service, try knocking and they lower the blinds (in front of me!). Tried honking and they ignore me. I even yelled through the window that I couldn't walk.. Crickets!! Now a line has formed and no one is responding! There are exceptions when someone can't walk and you're preventing them from relief! Update; after half an hour they finally answered the phone, and REFUSED to give me my rx. Literally refused, and told me they wouldn't open the window,, even if I couldn't walk!! Told me to drive 40 minutes back home and get somebody to come in. They close in 2 hours, even if I could do that. I need this rx for after surgery TOMORROW MORNING! After an hour of waiting and trying to call back (12 cars came and left with their meds before I got served!) I finally reminded them of their advertised "curbside service". THAT they would honour! The walk up line is literally 5 feet from the drive-up window, but they'll send somebody all the way out front to bring me the rx! This was obviously a stubborn mandate from a sociopath who clearly has no business dealing with sick patients. A lack of empathy should NEVER be around patients! Karma is deserved here! I wasted a whole hour I needed for other chores BEFORE my surgery that didn't get done, because everybody else deserved assistance, and I DIDN'T!"
