"After checking their website and seeing a zero wait time I walked in and was greeted by a lady at the front desk who asked me to type in my contact information in to a laptop at the counter. I was kinda of in hurry and asked if it was required she said I could give the information to her and she would input it. After completing that task I was met by a very nice young lady who was very attentive and tried hard to do a good job however it was obvious the young lady had not received any customer service training. She got involved in other people's conversation, watched TV, and dropped the Fbomb. In the end the haircut I received was pretty good. Will I go back? Not sure."

"Always an excellent experience, specific to the Nashua location. Online reservation ahead of time has always worked well for me. They seem to be back to all hands on deck with a good crew of stylists, so the hours have been expanded to include Sat. and Sun, and wait is minimal. I recently wanted to change up my normal cut, but didn't know what I wanted. Amber was quick to recommend something that I liked and have been using ever since. Check them out!"

"Every time I check in to this place it says it’s 30 minute wait then when I get there it I have to wait another 30 minutes. The sign has had ‘4 minutes’ next to my name for the past 30 minutes. This defeats the point of a CHECK-IN system. Please do not go there unless you have time to waste!!!!!!!"

"Four people standing around, one person getting a hair cut, but too concerned about getting out of work to actually cut hair. This is my second bad experience in a row, I don't think they will be getting a third opportunity."

"Very clean inside and the haircut I asked for I received. They do have the MVP package which is a complimentary upgrade on your first visit. It was a little weird but pleasant. ( Hair wash, vibrating chair and motorized back massage.) Over all nice place. I won't go out of my way to go back but if I'm in the area I'll swing in."
