"I Would give 6 stars if I could, I initially was calling around after having a hair dresser cancel on me twice. Anywho within the half hour they were available. I wanted to go from blonde to a rich copper and I showed a few pictures of the hair color I wanted and I honestly would have been happy with a color in the same ball park as the one I wanted but she got the exact color I asked for and even gave me tips on maintaining the copper shade. Overall fantastic experience and I will be going again."

"I have been going to Betty for years. I went to her asking for like an auburn ish color. Showed her a picture. And I ended up being there for 5 hours and not getting the outcome I wanted. I ended up getting charged $130. $80 color and another $50 color. I thought this trip to her would be fast and cost at the most $100. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and haven’t heard anything. I feel like a carrot. My hair is pretty much orange which isn’t what I asked for and I’m not happy at all and I’m really disappointed"
