"The Woodshed lodge is hands down one of our favorite places to visit! We've visited the last two summers and cannot wait to go back! We love the rustic charm that sets you back in time and provides the perfect escape from city life. The lodge is impeccably clean and boasts the sweetest little touches (hand picked flowers from the garden, personalized welcome signs etc). The hosts, Karla and Bill, are incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was alway stocked with plenty snack options for our picky kids! Our kids (8 & 10) favorite activity was searching for bullfrogs in the pond! Be sure to ask the hosts and they will even provide nets! We loved being greeted each morning by Banjo, the lodge dog. He will even occupy your kids for hours if you throw him a ball! ;) We are thrilled to have found this hidden gem and are already planning our next trip!"
