"Like many I was on a ski trip in Jay Peak with some friends and my husband's truck starting overheating on our way to the mountain. We were stressed about getting it fixed because I had a flight the next day from Boston and it was Sunday so every repair shop was closed. We were lucky enough to notice Lutz's bay door closing as we passed and quickly pulled in. The shop was closed, but the owner went out of his way to help us. After taking a quick look, he let us know it was a coolant leak and he would work on it the next day. He set realistic expectations and was kind and thoughtful. He had the truck fixed and ready to go the next day, and was very reasonably priced. If you're in a bind or just looking for some general maintenance, we couldn't recommend Lutz Automotive enough!"
