Sometimes people tell him something then when they bring the car in he finds the problem is different than what they thought. I understand this and I always bring my vehicle to him if I need an estimate. Jim's shop is probably the cleanest and most organized looking shop you will ever bring your car to. Whenever he has worked on my car he not only explains the issue in detail so that I can understand it, but he will show me what he did and why.
