"Burlington is an absolute gem. A beautiful lake nestled in the basin of beautiful green mountains. Wonderful people. Amazing selection of restaurants and activities. The city government has rotted this place. What was once a nice stroll around a walkable city is now rampant with drug use, homeless people and beggars. People passed out in the park and using drugs right in front of city hall. Absolutely horrendous. The fact this government continues to coddle those who are destroying the public trust is despicable. While they think they are letting people live their lives the reality stands they are enabling their untimely death from overdoses. Those people do not pay taxes yet they receive MORE services than the hard working people of Burlington. If I were to urinate on the side of a building (pic attached) then I would be arrested. Not these folks. The weak and whiny politicians chose cowardice and grime than making hard decisions and clean streets. Burlington you can do better!"
"One of the famous party place in Burlington, Vermont. The whole aisle of the street is vibrant and colourful. a lot of restaurants in the street with street music keeps the evenings young."
"There is an agency that is trying to help out the unhoused tribal people of chittenden county, they're extraordinary exceptional people against All odds they are achieving their goals. The staff are beautifully hearted people who care about the community. It's been an honor to work with them and see how they shine and trying to grow a community. Sincerely David call of Burlington Vermont"
"As far I notice the employees are friendly and treat people with respect. I watch videos how many city halls or government buildings just treat people so terrible. A great journalist come to check up on you to see you pass. You did on being polite and just respect our Constitution. Keep up the great work !!!"
"I’ve had mixed experiences at this City Hall. It always depends on which clerk or service professional I see. Some are great, knowledgeable, attentive and help you navigate any municipal problems you have. Others can be nasty, useless versions of Ron Swanson (yes, from Parks & Rec)."
