VT First Class Ride

"The main problem is that we had zero communication from this company after booking after the confirmation email. Having used multiple car companies inside and outside of the U.S., it’s customary from these type of companies that one receives a dispatch text saying that they are tracking your flight with the name and cell number of the driver and where to meet. So even after calling them to confirm that they still had us scheduled as I was worried not having heard from them, we got to the airport to realize they were not to be found. After calling and leaving a message and calling again they said someone was on the way. (So no flight tracking) After speaking with the driver it was clear the company essentially had forgotten us and had to wake this young adult out of bed to come and fetch us. The whole point of hiring a service was to ensure we made the final leg of our long day/s journey home safely and I spent the entire ride home wondering if this pleasant young man who was woken out of bed to take our trip last minute was actually going to get us there safely due to his own fatigue. He did, and in difficult foggy conditions, but as a mum I worried for his safety on his return home. He was clearly put in a difficult position. I’m sorry to write this review but I feel others must be aware of our experience. Even after this, (they knew we were unhappy) I expected a follow up for feedback and 2 days later, still no communication. I believe that if I hadn’t called after waiting 10 min outside the airport they simply wouldn’t have shown up. Arriving late into BTV after traveling home from a 26 plus hour day of travel, and paying a greatly inflated price, I would not choose this company again going forward."

"Adolphe and his team at Vermont First Class Rides are excellent!! I needed transportation from Burlington Airport and was very impressed on the quality, service and cost. Based on his website and reviews, I knew the driver would be there even though it was a late arrival. I was right! Adolphe was at the gate with a sign to greet and very willing to help with all the baggage. Excellent fleet, excellent communication and definitely recommend 100%."

"If you are looking for THE BEST ride experience, look no further. This was the second year we booked them for my daughter's birthday party. Never has she chosen the same activity more than once (she just turned 8), so that alone says something. Adolphe is the best. He answers all my questions beforehand and makes all the silly stops the kids wanted with no complaints."

"The week before Christmas during the big snow storm, I was taking my daughter, my granddaughters and daughter-in-law to see The Nutcracker in Burlington for the evening performance. At eighty years old, I did not want to drive in the bad weather and I called Vermont First Class Ride and talked with Adolphe. He was very professional and helped me plan a trip that worked out beautifully for our family. When the party bus arrived to pick us up, I was delighted to learn that Adolphe was our driver. He drove us from Montpelier to our hotel in Burlington and then returned later to take us to the theater for The Nutcracker. When the performance was over he was right there to take us back to the hotel. And the next morning he drove us back to Montpelier. The whole experience was one that the five of us "girls" will always remember. Adolphe was such a gentleman, helping me in and out of the party bus. He was on time every time we asked him to meet us, and being able to relax while he drove in the snow was such a pleasure. I can highly recommend the services of Vt First Class Ride and if you are fortunate you will have Adolphe you trip will be even better."

"Would HIGHLY recommend VT first class ride!! We used this service for my sister’s bachelorette party and rented a party bus for the day - it was so much fun! He drove us to different breweries/restaurants and we made our own itinerary. The party bus had Bluetooth speakers, free waters, and plenty of space inside. Adolphe was our driver and he was very reliable, punctual, flexible, and very communicative. If I had any questions or wanted to change something I would just text him and he would respond right away. We had a great time and would definitely use this service again!"
