"Expensive brake service after a VT inspection. Not sure it was needed at 40K miles. My main point is they added a 4% fee for using a credit card. No informing the customer that this would be added and giving them the opportunity to pay in cash. This is becoming much more prevalent and the state legislature needs to address this issue. They advertise paying by credit card is fine. They do not advertise that they charge a fee for doing so much less a percentage that is 4%. Won't be going back to this business."
"A&D replaced front rotors and pads at a very reasonable price. Had a squeak. They took it right back in and replaced the pads. Squeak still there. They took it right back in and dug deeper and found a tangential issue that they fixed. No charge! They listen, the are receptive, they are respectful, they do awesome work. Their shop is the cleanest I have seen. Their customer service is second to none in my 50 years of going to different dealers and repair shops. We are lucky to have such an asset in our community! Thanks guys!"
