"We purchased 2 wall mount toilets from Gilbertes in 2020. We were in interested in purchasing Toto toilets however we were presented with a Catalano that was a close out. We were told that is was a very good deal and a good quality toilet. Based upon Gilbertes recommendation, we purchased the Catalano close out. We have had no issues with the quality of the Catalano however, the toilet seat broke a year ago and we have been trying to get it replaced through Gilbertes for one year now. It has been very frustrating with many excuses along the way and very long lags in communication and follow up. We were lead by Gilbertes to purchase a discontinued item and now we are not being serviced for parts that are needed. I would proceed very carefully before doing business with Gilbertes as their customer service is severely lacking."
"I just want to say this store and the whole family behind it is a class act. If you want to have a project done right and done professionally, go here – it is worth every penny and the true definition of customer service. Aharon designed our home for us 15 years ago ... He was creative, open-minded, a true problem solver, he was patient when we couldn't make up our minds and most of all he had fun doing it. He made us feel heard and is literally phenomenal at his job. Their taste and design skills expand styles — which means your home can truly become a vision, not just specific to a narrow genre. This past year we had that very house destroyed due to water damage / broken pipe. The insurance company and contractors hired were nightmares. Aharon came to our help with enthusiasm. He is not only the reason this project will get done (even with people fighting us at every step) he is the reason I felt assured and okay during it. I leaned on him for more than his scope of work, I know that and he has never been anything but be receptive. To him it's not just about the tasks he owns but the whole picture—the outcome in it's entirety and that is what sets this company a part from the rest. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!"
