Pizza Palace

"We order wing’s and pizza frequently and generally love “the palace”. However, the past several times we have ordered it has been far from worth it. We decided to try palace again and ordered tonight, the pizza was undercooked and all the toppings had slid off the pizza and unless you want to eat the toppings of the cardboard box, it was not edible. Additionally, I paid for extra sides of wing sauce (x 2 and extra ranch x 2) and both where missing. Further, I ordered 10 med wings and 10 special BBQ -but received all medium, again, no extra sauce, which I paid for. Not sure if they replaced the raspberry vinaigrette, but I got what looks like balsamic vinaigrette instead. When you pay $80 for dinner, I’d prefer if at least one thing is worth it! What’s going on Pizza Palace? This is not like the usual!"

"This is hard, because their food is always good. But, I called to place an order, because I couldn't order a platter online. Turns out a platter of salad isn't a thing, no problem! I just ordered a couple. The concern here is, I wanted to add a couple of dressings and it unfortunately was after she already totaled the order. I heard her complaining, "like why do you have to add stuff". I think poor customer service is truly an issue and changes the WHOLE experience of a company. We all need to work on being better. My company usually orders large orders from Pizza Palace, but this changes our whole perspective."

"Best pizza, best pastas, amazing sandwiches, the wings are next level good, and all with the best staff...you can't go wrong here!! Food is so fresh and always served piping hot. Everything from start to finish is amazing! Have been many times and will continue to come back again and again!!"

"Always good pizza and and wings. Salads are large and tasty. Really like their garlic cheesy bread with tomatoes. Yummy! Service is pretty good. Prices are average. Usually no wait to get a table. We go there regularly and always leave full."
