But Gilford Hills has a very community-oriented Ambiance, everybody is incredibly friendly, the classes are very challenging but rewarding, and they have a very Broad menu of offerings from tennis to weight training to a panoply of classes, to racquetball and much more. You can always be sure that when you go to Gilford Hills you will see a handful of your good friends, and leave making a few new friends!
