"Visited this location multiple times. One girl who cut my hair recently within the last 6 months is no longer there, she went to another location. As I try to give everyone a chance I went back about a month ago and got a girl with short curly blond hair and a great personality. However when I got home from getting my haircut I realized it wasn’t exactly how it should be. I was able to fix it myself and move on as she had done “ok” work. I’ve since let my hair grow out and today 10/22 I went back to your location and was greeted by a girl with blond/black two tone hair who had checked me in. I was politely trying to asked if either her or the other stylist with Red hair could cut my hair. Instead of her being somewhat quiet about the situation she raised her voice and stated loud enough so the other guests could hear. “If you are not happy with the girl who cut your hair last time she is the one who will be doing it today” I said ohh ok. She then said “ya I have 2 other people ahead of you for requests and we’re busy” I politely told her I use to work for Supercuts and I understand everyone is trained the same way but I was not pleased with my haircut last time. She just looked me up and down with a disgusted look on her face and said can you do a 230 appt. I said yes! Then she said well it might be later than 230. I said ok I can go run some errands. Thinking about it now I will never be returning to this location and whatever company owns this location needs to retrain their staff on how Supercuts is suppose to be when you are a guest. I have 4 other options within my vicinity to get a haircut. I know $25 doesn’t mean much to this company however your brand is important and I can assure you as a person who does understand value and treating people this shouldn’t be not looked at."
