"My husband purchased a Cub Cadet 46 in. 23 HP Gas Enduro Series XT1 LT46 Riding Lawn Mower online and had it delivered to this store to be assembled. When my husband got the tractor home, there were several issues with the tractor, including it running for only .4hrs then dying. Tried charging the battery and the battery wouldn't hold a charge. Called Tractor Supply about it and spoke with Heather, the Assistant Manager. She called Cub Cadet about it, and all they had to say was that he could get 1 free part. Cub Cadet wouldn't budge. A.M. Heather then called Tractor Supply Customer Solutions and got them to ok a replacement tractor. A.M. Heather went above and beyond to help solve our problem. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with Assistant Manager Heather and Tractor Supply! The replacement tractor works great, and my husband was able to mow the entire yard (1.5 acres) without issues. Thank you, A.M. Heather and Tractor Supply!"
