"It was snowing lightly so I thought it might be a great time to get a hair cut without much of a wait and I was right! With my last cut in October it was about 3 months and my hair needed a lot of work. About 25 minutes later I was all set with a great cut! The entire experience was very pleasant and the staff was professional. Nice conversations too! I will be back in a month! The store is accessible with dedicated parking about 30 feet from the door. The lot is flat and the side walk had been treated. Other great restaurants and stores nearby."

"I’ve been going to Supercuts for as long as I can remember, but I’m done. You can’t make an appointment, the walk in time is too long and every time I try to call ahead or use the app there is no availability. Why they don’t just take appointments is beyond me. It’s not just this location. What a STUPID business model. The walk in only business model doesn't work post Covid. None of the locations have the staff to keep wait times reasonable for walk ins and nothing ever shows available on the app. You people need to just start taking appointments (more than day of). It’s an easy solution. Getting a haircut shouldn’t be like winning a raffle."
