Getting any kind of wax can be intimidating, especially a Brazilian but Nina is kind, caring and compassionate in her work, she doesn't care about how much or how little hair you may have. She just wants to make you feel cared for and genuinely wants you to be happy and comfortable with your time in the spa. She is professional, knowledgeable and kind. She took the time with me prior to my appointment to explain what to wear, what to expect. When I got in for the appointment, she welcomed me as if we already met, I had time to change and then was invited into a clean, sanitary but cozy space, I felt safe, I felt comfortable and I wasn't truly expecting that feeling when I booked my first wax. I left extremely happy, I felt like I was leaving my sisters spa or a friend I had known for years! She guided me on what to do and how to position throughout the appointment and it was not awkward at all.
