"The “haircut” was just a trim and the stylist argued with me about terminology. She also rinsed chemicals out of my hair onto my shirt. I was supposed to get compensated for the shirt but haven’t received it."

"My initial review was given while still in the chair and was 5 stars as I thought I had a good experience. Now I know better. I went for a perm…I know. It’s the 21st century. My hair never held the curl, was frizzy and severely damaged afterwards. They let me walk out of the salon with my hair wet and without any type of styling or product. Some pieces looked like limp ramen while others were entirely straight within days."

"The entire service was super rushed and she took another client in the middle of my haircut and had me wait for like thirty minutes while she gave this new client a full wash, cut, and blow dry. she literally butchered my hair like there are photos of what she did i can’t believe someone with a cosmology license could be so awful at doing hair. the entire time she was aggressively brushing it and ripping out my already damaged hair. also the toner came out extremely blotchy and let’s of my hair are literally blue with others blonde when i asked for silver. caused me to have an anxiety attack, would not return."

"Elaine was very kind and patient with me and she seemed to understand my wants for my hair, however oddly enough the price I saw was higher than the price I actually got, which is a good thing for me? So if you're worried about the price, I think I got my hair cut, shampood and a shave for 18 dollars. I thought it would be 30. (THIS MAY NOT BE THE CASE FOR EVERYONE)"

"We went to this salon for the first time today. Elaine cut and colored my hair and while I sat, cut my husband's and son's hair. That was no small feat with a four year old that was wearing a mask! She was wonderful! She was engaging, funny and did a great job! They were super clean and in these times that's very important. My whole family just found a new place to go. Thank you for the great experience!!"
