"When I came in for my appointment I expressed I wanted my very outgrown roots to be the same blonde as the ends of my hair, I ended up leaving with just highlights. I told them that wasn't what I asked for and the owner proceeded to claim that was, in fact, what I had asked for and they "had it on video". I asked to see this apparent video and said she "wasn't going to go back and forth with me". Nevertheless I wont be going there anymore for obvious reasons"
