"This one is tough… I purchased an expensive fireplace and had it installed in August. Everyone I delt with was great. During the installation, the owner Greg noticed that the main panel was all chipped and would need to be replaced. They continued with the installation and informed me that they would order another piece that was not damaged. This is when everything turned south. 9 calls, 2 trips to the store, and 4.5 months later, I finally flipped out and demanded the fireplace be fixed. The installers came and installed the piece, but then did not put the logs back in the correct locations. I called Fireside right away to let them know the logs are wrong and needed to be fixed. This is when the owner called me back and just gave nothing but excuses after excuses. It was almost embarrassing. Basically, blamed me and implied I’m just being unreasonable… I wish I had listened to all the people that told me to stay clear from this business. Till this day, I have not been called back to fix the logs and we will be using another fireplace company from here on out. UPDATE - Literally had the owner leave me a message saying he has reached out to every fireplace company in the area to tell them no to deal with me and hopes my fireplace breaks next week. This is what you get with this company..."

I nicely asked him if he could install the hearth and he said we don’t do masonry! And kept repeating it. I then asked him why is it on your sign hearth and patio?
