"Michael, the owner, installed by Murphy Bed on the date we agreed upon. He was punctual and efficient. A couple of days later he called me to say that he wanted to finish a couple of things that he felt needed a little bit more attention. Keep in mind, I was totally satisfied with the job he had done. He came up to my home about 100 miles away from his place of business, to put a few finishing touches on the bed. Who does that? I am so happy with the job he did I would recommend him to anyone. "I received the solid pine Murphy bed kit. Several items to the kit were pre-installed which made the final installation easier. The questions I had were answered by the person who packed, prepared and I assume has assembled this bed before. The skill level needed to do the installing would be like hanging a kitchen cabinet but bigger. CG"
