"Unfortunately both times I visited this salon were a miss for me. The first time I went I asked for a specific hairstyle. The stylist hacked into my hair, and continued to discuss in detail their abusive ex partner. When they finished, they asked me “Is this what you wanted?” My hair looked horrible. I had to get another cut to fix the damage and waited over a year for it to grow out. The second time I visited, I requested a bang trim. The stylist had cut one side of face framing hair and left the other side long. It did not make sense. I was able to speak with the salon owner, and they were very kind. I was given a gift certificate but the damage had already been done. I will never go back to this salon."
