"Horrible service for the little residents of Bradford, they only give good service to the rich contractors, forget about the residents that live in Bradford or surrounding towns. I was there talking to them about doors and the sales person was talking to me giving me a pamphlet about the doors when a contractor with a big truck walked into the door, well the pamphlet he was giving me didn’t reach my hand and it fell to the floor, and the sales person was already half way to the contractor that just walked into the door. Horrible, horrible service. We were in the process of building a house but had to go to neighboring towns to get the service we deserved."
