"This store was once one of my favorite places! It has lost its appeal with its customer service. Yesterday the sales clerk asked in front of an entire line of customers that my husband (a customer) and son (a customer) to retrieve the carts from the parking lot (as soon as they entered the store) then when my husband complied she continued to tell her audience that she was "too busy to get the carts and customers should help". Mean while as I stood in line 3 other family dollar clerks were working and chatting around her. Needless to say I'll be shopping online."
"Staff is very helpful and friendly! I shop here, pretty much daily, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The employees are very good with my daughter, who goes in with me and without sometimes, and I appreciate that, especially because not every business is kid friendly, although they should be! Thank you, to ALL of the team of staff at Claremont NH, Family Dollar! You are all the reason we keep going back!"
