"They didn't properly enter my name into their system. Now that the teller who knows who I am has been transferred banking has become basically impossible. Changing tellers every other month definitely is not good customer service. After a long hassle today just before closing I intend on transferring out every cent I have their and closing an account with this. Poor excuse for a bank."
