"Dunkins is nothing like it was 20+years ago. Service is terrible. Employees complain about everything and even a simple order (I'm very simple. Great one Black coffee with sugar and a few ice cubes) is too difficult for the whiny employees. Can't imagine what keeps this place in business other than the people who go habitually regardless of quality or service."

"Waiting over 15 minutes for a drive thru order with only two cars ahead of me is unacceptable. There were at least 6 people working. Needs management attention immediately. Also $3.50 for two bagel minis is insane."
"I absolutely LOVE the drive thru staff!! I am one picky mofo!! Med black iced mocha mocha under the ice not shaken or stirred with a tall straw. I've been going for a year now and by far this is the best Dunks EVER!! Only twice they got it wrong and they were happy to make another. Thanks everyone for making my morning just that much easier!!"
